Natsumi and Miyuki, from You're Under Arrest TV episode 6. It's nice to have a cel of the two of them together, although Natsumi is out of uniform due to having come to work with a hangover and...well, I don't want to spoil the episode. Here they're on the scene to try to stop a girl from jumping off a bridge. Technically speaking, this cel belongs to my husband. :-) The scan looks a bit weird since the cel is framed against gray paper.
