Sailor Pluto, I believe from the SuperS movie. I really like Pluto...she's tall, beautiful, extremely powerful, and willing to do whatever is necessary to save the Earth. One of the things I love about her is her gorgeous hair, so this Pluto cel is pretty much ideal from my point of view. :-) I suspect this to be a non-matching background (because Toei released _so_ many Sailor Moon cels with non-matching backgrounds, and this one is simple enough to go with almost anything). I normally don't post non-matching backgrounds, but in this case the cel is stuck and I don't want to risk separation. At least it's a pretty background, and might even match, for all I know.
