One of the things I like best about You're Under Arrest is the amount of effort put towards giving detail to the vehicles. Since my husband is a motorcycle nut, I particularly like the bikes in the show. Thus, I'm rather fond of this key backgrounded pan setup from the TV series of Ken on his bike, with a MiniPat behind him. The lines down the center of the cel aren't artifacts of scanning; they're the edges of the cel layers containing the bike and car. Only the cel with the cars parked down the side of the street runs the full width of the background.
