Perhaps at something Tylor has just done? :-) Like the viewer, Yuriko takes a while to see Tylor for what he is, but as the show progresses the answer to the eternal question "Is Tylor an idiot or a genius?" becomes crystal clear to both. This cel is slightly oversized. I don't know whether it's from the TV series or the OAVs, yet.
