From episode 13. At the University Satellite Akari and her team flounder, and she despairs of being able to motivate her teammates to pull themselves together as Itchan did for her. She obviously feels the loss of Itchan's encouragement very deeply, and addresses despairing mental pleas to her when things are going badly. Here Akari is imagining Itchan scolding her for giving up, then running away, out of reach. The two layers of this cel unfortunately do not match up exactly, so I've included screencaps of where each one is from.
