From episode 16. Suoh is running after Anita's friend Maron, whom the detectives are following to find out why he has been behaving oddly towards her. This cel came with a very pretty background, which is in fact from a cel of Suoh running--unfortunately a different scene, from episode 18. :-( Maybe someday I'll miraculously find the right cel for it, or the right pretty palm frond background for this one. :-)
