Utako and the fake 20 Masks on the roof, from episode 12. He obviously thought Utako would sit around passively waiting to be rescued, but instead she climbed out the window and onto the roof. Unfortunately, he was able to catch her. Of couse, the real 20 Masks turns up to rescue her; here, she is trying to run towards him.
