This is from the scene in the planetarium in episode 38. Utena is learning terrible and momentous things that I can't discuss further without severe spoilers. This is my favorite of my Utena cels...it's nicely drawn, it's from a memorable scene, and the weird "lighting" gives it interesting shadows.
