A key cel, from episode 25. It's hard to say much about this cel without at least mild spoilers, so if you haven't seen the entire series, turn back now! :-) Anyway, this is "Mr. Miracle" watching in chagrin as the Nerili Queen introduces her "special guest" who will compete for the Nerilians in round 2 of the contest for the fate of the Earth. While some of his training methods were obviously destructive, in the end I thought "Mr. Miracle" was a sympathetic character. He knew what was at stake, and did what he thought needed to be done, at great sacrifice to himself. Plus, without the mask and with his cool scarf and coat and all he's not bad looking. ;-)
